Preston mss., 1941-1948, consist of letters to solicitor Kerrison Preston, relating primarily to playwright Gordon Bottomley, 1874-1948. Correspondents are Enid F. Chappell, A.M. Platt, and Jean Pritchard from The Grammar School for Girls, Upper Hill Lane, Southampton, and actress Eleanor M. Mackay. A handwritten list, "Gordon Bottomley's Pictures, 14.11.41," and a few clippings related to Bottomley complete the collection.
