- Biographical / Historical:
The Lilly Library Research Grants program began in 1975 for the purpose of bringing Indiana scholars to Bloomington to use the research resources of Lilly Library. It was funded by the Lilly Endowment of Indianapolis and administered through Indiana University's Office of Research and Graduate Development for a period of two and one-half years.
