The Center for the Art of Translation mss., 1994-2010, consists of editorial files, proof copies, correspondence, and other material relating primarily to the Center's publication of Two Lines, an annual bilingual anthology of international literature featuring work from approximately twenty different languages.

The Célan, Paul mss. ca. 1950-1965, consists of photos, postcards and correspondence between Paul Célan, 1920-1970, and his friend Isac Chiva, as well as some of Célan's poetry.

The Cook mss., 1850-1877, consists of letters from David S. Cook in California to his family and friends in Illinois, and letters to James Willson Temple, 1828- , farmer, writer, from his family in Illinois while he was in California.

The Cordell mss., 1909-1963, consists of letters to university professor Richard Albert Cordell, 1896-1986, from prominent literary figures.

The Corle mss., 1942-1965, consists of letters between author Edwin Corle, 1906-1965, and his publishers, series editors, and magazine editors in addition to writings including Corle's stories, essays, novels, non-fiction books, and extensive holograph and typescript drafts of a multi-volume novel, The Californians, left uncompleted upon his death.

The Corman mss. IV, 1991-1998, consists mostly of letters from poet, translator and editor Cid Corman, 1924-2004, to poet and publisher Darrin Daniel. They relate in part to the publication of Corman's poetry by Daniel at Cityful Press, but range broadly over literary and other matters.

The Corman mss. VI, 1993–2003, consist mostly of letters from poet, translator and editor Cid Corman, 1924–2004, to German poet and carpenter Charlie Mehrhoff.

The Costa, Margaret Jull mss., 1980–2016, consists of the papers of one of the most important literary translators of her time, Margaret Jull Costa, 1949-.

The Crosby mss., 1928-1929, consists of letters and telegrams from the poet and editor Harry Crosby, 1898-1929, and from his wife Caresse Crosby, 1892-1970, to poet Richard Thoma, 1902-1974.

The Davidson mss., 1961-1975, consists of the letters of Eric Honeywood Partridge, 1894-1979, etymologist and author, to Norris Maris Davidson, 1906-1975.
