The Plath mss. VII, ca. 2012, consist of posters, schedules, handouts, programs and other ephemera related to the events surrounding the Sylvia Plath 70th Year Literary Symposium, 2002 and the Sylvia Plath Symposium 2012 - The October Poems: the Archives and the Creative Process Seminar, which were held on the IU Campus.

The Plath, Sylvia mss. XI, ca. 2006-2011, consists of materials relating to the journal, Plath Profiles.

The Thomas, T. mss., ca. 1976–1990, consist of the papers of Trevor Thomas, the neighbor of Sylvia Plath and the last person to see her alive. The collection contains materials relating to Thomas' memoir of Plath as well as documents from Ted Hughes' libel suit against him.

The Plath mss. IX, ca. 1972-2012, consists of correspondence between Aurelia Plath (Sylvia Plath's mother) and Olive Clifford Eaton (a neighbor in Winthrop, MA), Mary Alice Ericson (Olive Eaton's daughter), and Margery DeLerno (Olive Eaton's daughter).

The Wagner-Martin mss., 1962–1991, consists of the correspondence and papers of poet, biographer, and English professor Linda Wagner-Martin, 1936- .

The Plath mss. VI, ca. 1962-1973, consist of early letters, newspaper clippings, and ephemera of poet Sylvia Plath.

The Hughes, Ted mss. II, 1957-1962, consist of letters from poet Ted Hughes, 1930-1998, and poet Sylvia Plath, 1932-1963, to Hughes' brother and sister-in-law, Gerald and Joan Hughes.

The Kopp mss., 1955-1958, consists of correspondence and memorabilia relating to author Sylvia Plath's time at Cambridge, collected by her friend Jane Kopp.

The Plath mss. VIII, ca. 1954, consist of the black and tan cloth suitcase of Sylvia Plath with the initials "S.P." on the front fore edge.

The Plath mss. IV, 1953-1966, consist mostly of letters and manuscripts of poet Sylvia Plath, 1932-1963, and poet Ted Hughes, 1930-1998.
