Paul Rosheim (b. 1956), editor/publisher and scholar of Themersonia, works as a tribal lawyer for the Ho-Chunk Nation in Black River Falls, Wisconsin. Prior to this, Rosheim practiced real estate and business law, as well as serving as a consultant through the Peace Corps in Slovakia. In 2000, Rosheim founded Obscure Publications, an imprint specializing in innovative European and American literature. Obscure Publications primarily published a literary chapbook series of 120 hand-sewn editions limited to 60 copies; half of the copies were given to the author or translator and the other half were distributed to other contributors. The series is dedicated to translator Barbara Wright, a contributor.
