- Scope and Content:
This collection includes written original compositions, copies and duplicates of Hebrew, Yiddish and Jewish songs. Also included are programs from various performances, materials for Jewish schools, and some personal notes and correspondence.
- Biographical / Historical:
Felix Fogelman was a member of the Jewish Ministers Cantor Association and the Cantors Assembly of America, performing as cantor with the group for several high profile concerts in the 1960s; notably the 60th anniversary of the Jewish Ministers Cantor Association (JMCA) concert at Madison Square Garden on December 5, 1960. He was a member and Cantor of Temple Sholom in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
