The Lilly Library is the rare books, manuscripts, and special collections library of the Indiana University Libraries, Bloomington. The Dorn mss., 1959-1965, consists of the letters of poet LeRoi Jones, 1934-2014, living in New York City, to author Edward Dorn, 1929-1999, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Pocatello, Idaho.
The Kessler mss., 1966-2018, consists primarily of manuscripts, drafts, correspondence and other material reflecting the creative life of Stephen Kessler (b. 1947), poet, translator, essayist and editor.
The Maycox mss., 1994-1998, consists of notes and autographs of contemporary American poets solicited by and sent to John G. Maycox, poet and businessman of Cincinnati, Ohio.
The Nims mss., 1967-1969, consist of the draft of The Greatest English Lyric?--A New Reading of Joe E. Skilmer's "Therese" by poet and academic John Frederick Nims, and letters.
The Nims mss. II, 1929-2003, consist of the correspondence and writings of poet John Frederick Nims, 1913-1999, including materials relating to his work as a translator of poetry.
The Stoddard mss., 1871-1877, are letters written to Richard Henry Stoddard, 1825-1903, editor of the literary journal The Aldine, chiefly in response to his request for materials for his book Poets' Homes, published in 1877.
The Strand mss., 1953-2014, consists of the correspondence, writing, and other materials regarding the American poet laureate Mark Strand, 1934-2014, including correspondence concerning his work as a translator of poetry.
