The Hahn-Brandt mss., 1935-1983, consists of New York literary agency Brandt & Brandt office files concerning American author and journalist Emily Hahn, 1905-1997.

The Loujon Press mss. II, 1961-1969, consists of letters and notes from Jon Webb of Loujon Press to William R. Cagle as the subject and area librarian for English and American literature at Indiana University Library and later as assistant director of the Lilly Library.

Consists primarily of the papers of the British publishing firm of Calder & Boyars Ltd. Also included are the papers of its predecessor John Calder (Publishers) and the personal papers of John Calder, 1927- . A few personal papers of Marion Boyars, 1928-1999, are also present.

The Hitchcock mss., 1969-1970, consist primarily of letters from author Raymond Carver, 1938-1988, and artist Robert McChesney, 1913-2008, to editor and small press publisher George Hitchcock, 1914-2010.

The Catbird Press mss., ca. 1983-2003, consists primarily of the files of small, independent book publisher Catbird Press.

The Cleverdon mss. II, 1926-1988, consists of the papers of bookseller, publisher, and BBC producer and director, Douglas Cleverdon, 1903-1987.

The Conrad mss., 1886-1983, consists of the papers of novelist Joseph Conrad, 1857-1924.

The Origin mss., 1960-1964, consist of the editorial office records of the poetry magazine Origin, edited and published in Kyoto, Japan, by Sidney Corman, Will Petersen and Ami Petersen.

The Senhouse mss. II, 1954-1955, consists primarily of letters from author Nancy Clara Cunard, 1896-1965, to editor Roger Senhouse, 1899-1970, of Secker and Warburg, publishers.

The Appleton-Century mss., 1846-1962, consists of the office files of the publishing company, its two predecessors, D. Appleton & Co., and the Century Co., and to a small extent its successor, Appleton-Century Crofts, Inc.
