General note:

Through the collaborative efforts of Sarah Knott and Carrie Schwier, faculty of the Department of History and University Archives, respectively, the project idea to collect documentation during the Covid-19 pandemic was created. The Coronavirus Days: Archive Your Story started in late March 2020 and continues to be an on-going project and collection effort. The importance and impact of this project stems from the idea that we are living through a life-changing time, and it is imperative that it is documented, preserved, and shared, so that researchers, students, and future generations alike understand what happened.
