The Wagner-Martin mss., 1962–1991, consists of the correspondence and papers of poet, biographer, and English professor Linda Wagner-Martin, 1936- .

The Thomas, T. mss., ca. 1976–1990, consist of the papers of Trevor Thomas, the neighbor of Sylvia Plath and the last person to see her alive. The collection contains materials relating to Thomas' memoir of Plath as well as documents from Ted Hughes' libel suit against him.

The Plath mss. X, ca. 1945-1946, consists of five volumes of The Phillipian.

The Plath mss. VIII, ca. 1954, consist of the black and tan cloth suitcase of Sylvia Plath with the initials "S.P." on the front fore edge.

The Plath mss. VI, ca. 1962-1973, consist of early letters, newspaper clippings, and ephemera of poet Sylvia Plath.

The Plath mss. V, 1944–1945, consists of three items of early Sylvia Plath juvenilia.

The Plath mss. IX, ca. 1972-2012, consists of correspondence between Aurelia Plath (Sylvia Plath's mother) and Olive Clifford Eaton (a neighbor in Winthrop, MA), Mary Alice Ericson (Olive Eaton's daughter), and Margery DeLerno (Olive Eaton's daughter).

The Plath mss. IV, 1953-1966, consist mostly of letters and manuscripts of poet Sylvia Plath, 1932-1963, and poet Ted Hughes, 1930-1998.

The Plath mss. III, 1941-1951, consist of artworks by the poet Sylvia Plath, 1932-1963.

The Lameyer mss., 1953-1956, consist of letters and cards from Sylvia Plath, 1932-1963, poet, to Gordon Ames Lameyer, 1930-1991.
