The Corrigan mss., 1888-1941, consists of letters to publisher James William Corrigan, 1867?-1948, relating primarily to publishing matters in Great Britain and the United States.
The Carroll L. Lurding Library of College Fraternity and Sorority Materials mss., ca 1840-2014, consist of books, pamphlets, histories, yearbooks, and other bound volumes detailing the history of fraternities, sororities, colleges, and universities from all 50 states and the District of Columbia in the United States as well as some colleges in Canada.
The Latin American mss. Bolivia, 1606-1927, are illustrative chiefly of the colonial life of Alto Peru and of Bolivia's long struggle for independence from Spain.
The collection consists of a group of 28 hornbooks. Also included are two auction catalogs for sales where some of the hornbooks were sold and a description of a hornbook in brass from dealer Patrick King's list no. 11, 1986.
This collection contains scientific articles pertaining to ichthyology, especially blind fish. Most of the articles were written by Carl Eigenmann, Rosa Smith Eigenmann, or both.
