Collections

The Medical mss., ca. 1720-1890, consists of manuscripts regarding medical procedures, treatises, records, etc. in French and Latin.

The Miscellaneous mss., 2100 BCE-1970, consist of individual items acquired individually either as a gift or purchased from a variety of sources.

The Payen-Payne mss. consists of cards, letters, etc., 1926-1932, to Vinchelés Payen-Payne from or relating to Charles Scott-Moncrieff.

The Ramsay mss. 1917–1919, consists of the postcard correspondence, diary, and military papers of David H. Ramsay (1896–) during his enlistment in the army and service in Europe during World War I, 1917-1919.

The Von Tress mss., 1916-1993, consists of photocopies of manuscripts, pictures, records, letters, and published articles drawn from a memory book of Edward Campbell Von Tress, 1899-1976, an alumnus of Indiana University who helped head the university's Memorial Fund as Alumni Secretary.

The Yanez mss. collection consists of historical documents pertaining to Colonial Ecuador.
