The Horton mss., 1947-1964, consist of correspondence, news and magazine articles, academic writings, legal and financial documents of lawyer and publisher David Horton with Dorothy Shakespear Pound and Ezra Loomis Pound.

The Saturday Review of Literature mss., 1946-1956, consists of letters from author Upton Sinclair, 1878-1968, to Norman Cousins, 1915-1990, and Harrison Smith, 1888-1971, editors of the Saturday Review of Literature.

The Senhouse mss., 1945-1955, consists of letters to publisher Roger Senhouse, 1899-1970, relating chiefly to the publication of Occasional Memorandums (Millhouse Press, 1950), written by Thomas Gray, 1716-1771.

The Norton mss. II, 1943-1960, consist primarily of letters from author Max Forrester Eastman, 1883-1969, to assistant magazine editor, Florence Norton. Also present are a few letters and telegrams from Eastman's second wife, Eliena Krylenko, 1895-1956, and a few from his third wife, Yvette Szekely (b.1912), following their marriage in 1958. Through 1956 these letters complement those found in the Norton mss. That is, this is the Eastman side of the correspondence while the Norton mss. are Florence Norton's letters to Max.

The Ayelsford mss., 1941-1968, consists primarily of correspondence, articles, photographs, and miscellaneous material collected by friar Father Brocard Sewell, 1912-2000, during the years he edited The Aylesford Review, a literary quarterly sponsored by the British Carmelites, 1955-1968.

The Viking Press mss., 1940-1956, consists of the Viking Press office file of its correspondence with novelist Upton Beall Sinclair, 1878-1968.

The Norton mss., 1940-1956, consist of the correspondence and writings of Florence Norton, associate editor.

The Sinclair mss. VIII, 1939-1998, consist of financial documents, correspondence, and contracts from McIntosh & Otis during their representation of Upton Sinclair and the Sinclair estate through David Sinclair.

Consists primarily of the papers of the British publishing firm of Calder & Boyars Ltd. Also included are the papers of its predecessor John Calder (Publishers) and the personal papers of John Calder, 1927- . A few personal papers of Marion Boyars, 1928-1999, are also present.

The MacLeish mss., 1937-1940, consists of letters to poet Archibald MacLeish, 1892-1982 from publisher Charles A. Pearce, 1906-1970.

The Hahn-Brandt mss., 1935-1983, consists of New York literary agency Brandt & Brandt office files concerning American author and journalist Emily Hahn, 1905-1997.

The Blair, E. mss., 1935-1945, consists of letters of novelist Eric Arthur Blair, 1903-1950, better known by the pseudonym "George Orwell," to his literary agent, Leonard Parker Moore, 1876-1959.

The Gollancz, Victor mss., 1935-1985, consist of correspondence, reader's reports, and files relating to authors and works published by Victor Gollancz Ltd.

The Hilton mss., 1934-1948, consist of letters from author James Hilton, 1900-1954, primarily to publisher Alfred Robert McIntyre, 1886-1948, at Little, Brown & Co.

The Hanson, D.P., mss., 1933-1983, consists of the papers of editor and publisher Donald Parker Hanson, 1901-1978.

The Taylor, F. mss., 1932-1984, consist of the correspondence, papers, business files and memorabilia of independent publisher, and film producer Frank Eugene Taylor, 1916-1999.

The Weygand mss., 1930–1998, consists of the personal and professional archives of printer and publisher James Lamar Weygand, 1919–2003.

The Kennerley mss., 1928-1976, consists primarily of letters and essays of author Christopher Darlington Morley, 1890-1957, sent to editor Morley Kennerley, 1902-1985.

The Pojer mss., 1928-1969, consist of correspondence, manuscripts, and publicity relating to Jan V. Pojer and Edice Atlantis.

The X mss., 1928-1961, (principally 1959-1961), consist of the office files of X: A Quarterly Review, edited by David John Wright and Patrick Swift and published by Barrie and Rockliff, London, England, vol. I, no. 1, November 1959 to vol. II, no. 2, August 1961, inclusive.

The Sassoon mss., 1928-1959, consists of letters from author Robert Gathorne-Hardy, 1902-1973, to poet Siegfried Sassoon, 1886-1967, and materials concerning Sassoon's book Common Chords (Mill House Press, 1951).

The Cleverdon mss. II, 1926-1988, consists of the papers of bookseller, publisher, and BBC producer and director, Douglas Cleverdon, 1903-1987.

The Boni mss., 1926-1939, consists of the correspondence of author Upton Beall Sinclair, 1878-1968, with publishers Albert Boni, 1892-1981, and Charles Boni, 1894-1969.

The Price mss. consists of correspondence, December 11, 1925-October 12, 1927 and January 18-31, 1961, of John M. Price, 1899- , American agent for Ezra Loomis Pound in the publication of The Exile, a little magazine which Pound edited. Four numbers appeared, spring 1927-autumn 1928.

The Kerr mss., 1924-1954, consists of the papers of Ruth Hamilton Kerr, 1905- , literary agent for Ford Madox Ford, 1873-1939, author.

The Bird, W. mss., 1923-1963, consists of the correspondence of Three Mountains Press publisher William Augustus Bird, 1888-1963.

The Haldeman mss. III, 1915-1918, consists primarily of correspondence of Upton Beall Sinclair, 1878-1968, novelist, and Appeal to Reason staff members Louis Kopelin, 1887-1949, and Walter H. Wayland, 1884-1980.

The Munsey mss., 1911-1942, consist of correspondence between The Frank A. Munsey Co., publishers in New York City, and seven authors or their agents concerning publication rights and in some instances film rights.

The Haldeman mss. II, 1908-1951, consists of correspondence of writers and editors, including Emanuel Haldeman-Julius, 1889-1951, who were connected to Haldeman-Julius Publications.
