They consist of letters from her sister, Alice Garrigue Masaryk, 1879-1966, sociologist, 1950-1962; from Mrs. Ruth (Crawford) Mitchell, 1890-1984, social service worker, 1954- 1964; from U.S. senators, who were sponsoring a bill in Congress for Henri Jules Revilliod, 1873-1956, physician, and Mrs. Olga (Masaryk) Revilliod, to become permanent residents of the United States; from scholars not to pursue the matter of finding a publisher for volume III of the Spirit of Russia; from publishers; and from personal friends. Many of the letters are in Czech. Included are also thirty-one sketchbooks, 1920-1956, of sketches made by Henri Jules Revilliod; a musical composition, Vanocni Koledy, by Karel J. Staller, 1958; memorabilia; pictures; newspaper clippings, and other printed matter.
